This is the fourth (maybe) release of a steel trivet (pot mat). As always, it has a solid feel to it. In daily life, you can put it on the kitchen table, or display it as an object in your study... but its favorite place is on top of the stove. Speaking of which... the wood stove in Kawakami Village always has a steel "A" on it along with the pots and kettles, which makes a very nice sight.
