The designer himself has been inspired by various things such as travel, old clothes, and culture, and chose the name to reflect this in his creations.
We are disseminating a wide range of products that go beyond genres, centering on leather items. We intentionally do not have a brand theme, but instead propose a free and natural design so that you can enjoy the image that changes depending on your mood and situation.
RE.ACT uses vegetable tanned leather, a "breathing leather" that can resonate with nature. We carefully select items that are assimilated with nature, environmentally friendly materials, and warm items, and are produced in a factory with a 35-year history.
We constantly and consistently release leather products that "the more you use them, the more the leather taste comes out."
The leather used in this product is vegetable tanned leather. This leather is made by Kilger, a German tannery founded in 1856, and is primarily used for horse harnesses.
Nowadays, it is one of the few products in the world that is made using a traditional method based on a secret recipe that has been passed down from generation to generation.
The raw hides are soaked in a tank called an astringent tank (vegetable tannin tank) for 6 to 12 weeks. Although very time consuming, this is the best way to produce the highest quality leather.
As for raw materials, we use extremely thick and durable southern German hides. In addition, this environmentally friendly factory is made entirely of wood and produces its own water and electricity.
We make plant-based leather that is truly human-friendly in an earth-friendly environment.
Leather products that have been made over a long period of time will become more loved the more you use them, and will become your own unique item.

*Bridle leather is a type of leather that has been tightened by applying wax to the leather many times to tighten the fibers. Bridle leather is a leather impregnated with both oil (fat) and wax, and when the beef tallow or oil that has soaked into the inside of the leather comes out together with the wax, it is called bloom. It's a white powder. If you are concerned about it, you can remove the bloom by lightly polishing it with a cloth.
