What is BLK?

White Mountaineering launched the BLK (Black Layer Knowledge) line in 2009. It is high-tech clothing made entirely in black.

Tapered cargo pants. Zippered pockets on the front and back. Gusseted crotch, accordion tucks on the yoke, zipper closure at the sides of the hem, and a waist belt with a FIDLOCK buckle ensure comfort and convenience. The outer material is 50 denier recycled polyester knit, and the lining is warm micro-check fleece, and it combines high wind resistance and reliable breathability of WINDSTOPPER® products by GORE-TEX LABS. Fluorine-free water repellent treatment achieves high water repellency.
