Due to the difficulties of customs clearance following the abolition of the US de minimis system (tax exemption) by presidential order, Japan Post has temporarily suspended the acceptance of some mail addressed to the US, including EMS, from August 27, 2025 (items for sale and personal gifts over $100 USD).

Orders from the US will be canceled.
